    We support Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Stripe, Alipay and Apple Pay.

  • Where do you ship to and how long will it take?

    Our online shop is not yet open for purchases. We will list the available countries here as soon as our online shop is open.

    Orders placed with the striveCOMICS online shop Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays) are usually shipped within 5 business days, pending credit card authorization. Orders placed Friday through Sunday and holidays are processed during the next 5 business days.

    Please note that depending on the country where you live, longer shipping times may occur, and you may be responsible for paying import duties and taxes.

    The projected shipping dates for pre-orders are mentioned directly on each product page and may be subject to reasonable changes due to manufacturing delays or supply shortages.

  • Are your comics and graphic novels distributed outside of Europe?

    We are currently expanding and building our network to soon have our publications available in over 50 countries.

  • Can I cancel my order or pre-order?

    Yes, there is a 24 hour grace period in which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. After these 24 hours, your order is already being prepared for shipping and we are unable to process any cancelations or refunds. Your order will then be subject to our Return policy.

    Considering the nature of downloadable digital items, such orders cannot be canceled and we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase. If a digital download purchased in the striveCOMICS online shop does not work properly, please reach out to us here.

  • Can I return a damaged or defective product?

    Yes, all orders of physical products made through the striveCOMICS online shop can be returned if they meet all of the following criteria:

    • All returns must be pre-approved. You can do this by contacting us here
    • All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped
    • All returns or damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt

    striveCOMICS will replace a damaged or defective product at no charge or shipping cost to the customer. In the case of a return, shipping costs are paid for by the customer.

    NOTE:
    Only physical products purchased directly from the striveCOMICS online shop can be returned. We cannot accept return request for physical or digital products purchased at any other retailer or online shop.
